Hi! I’m Glency Tirao, a software engineer from the Philippines who builds web and mobile applications — and, because I started out in design, I care just as much about how things look and feel as how they work.
I came to code through art. I grew up drawing and painting, which led me to study Animation (BS Information Technology) at PHINMA – University of Pangasinan, where I also picked up music production and video editing. Programming was part of the curriculum — and I was hooked. I’ve been building software ever since.
That mix is what I bring to a project: I can take an idea from UI/UX and design straight through to a shipped product — clean frontends, reliable APIs and backends, and mobile apps published to the stores. I’ve done this professionally for companies and clients.
When I’m not building, I’m playing The Legend of Zelda and Sky: Children of the Light, sketching in the notebook beside my desk, or learning piano.
